We decided on an organised tour to visit Ulura, Mutitjulu, Kata Tjuta, Watarrka National Park a 2 night three day trip. We opted for tents - ie proper beds!
Toms cousin Trish dropped us off at the Citadines hotel very late on the 6th of May (thank you Trish). A 15 minutes walk to Sydney Domestic Airport. The next morning was strolled off to catch our flight to Yulara (Aryes Rock Airport).
The view from the plane was so lovely, the red land so vibrant, we could see the Uluru and Kata Tjuta - stunning!
Yulara
We had a 1 hour wait the tiny dusty airport, Tash from Australian Adventure Tours collected us, threw our bags in the trailer and join the rest of the tourists, in total we were 16.
